Step 1: Have your doctor fax new prescriptions directly to us!
Since we are authorized to renew prescriptions without a doctor’s prescription, we can easily fill and deliver medications right to your home. If this isn’t possible or you need a prescription refilled/transferred, see step 2.

Prescription Pickup
In the event that you’re unable to set up your prescription online, our friendly drivers are more than happy to pick up the paper prescription from your home and drop it off at our pharmacy for filling. If you have a prescription set to auto-refill or auto-renewal in our system, all you have to do is call us and schedule it for delivery.
Prescription Delivery
Our friendly drivers will deliver your order on the same day when it was dropped off, or in the next few business days if a particular medication wasn’t readily available. If a prescription was picked up in the evening, please expect it to be delivered the next business day.
Non-Prescription & Product Delivery
For customers requiring non-prescription medications delivered to their homes, it’s as easy as giving us a call or using the app to make your order. We also happily deliver products and other medical necessities, right to your doorstep.
